I spent the Independence Day weekend on vacation, in Cincinnati at my parents (with 54 other people!). It was fun, like everyone, my family tree could use some pruning, but I got to see some people I haven't talked to in a decade or more, and my favorite nieces and nephews were there.

When I got home, it was more like Christmas than 4th of July.

The package from PaperTerrain was here, every bit as pretty looking as I expected.

The package of BattleField: WWII miniatures from NeoForge was also in the mail, and while I was out, the final version of the UC Review was sent.

Don't know if I've mentioned it, but a couple of us - The Delver and I are all at this time - are now being edited after the article is posted. Since we know what the Editrix is looking for, we're "close enough" that she's comfortable with our articles going live and then she edits them while Registered users have access.

Tonight I cleaned and assembled the BF:WWII figures - lots of flash on these bad boys. I also nearly finished the West Wind figures. I don't own any of the multiple head figures, so it was fun, and different.

Other than posting the UC Review, that was it for this evening.
