Still slogging along at 40 updates!

I ordered yet another vendor's 28mm figures today, I hope they get here before the review is done, I hate holding up reviews. But I remember when BG:WWII came up with figures, we wanted to look at them (for our use, not a review), and didn't because we were sticking to stuff that was reviewable at that time.

So when I remembered that, I went out and ordered their stuff.

I finished the Crusader figures tonight (not washed or sprayed, as always, but these have had filters applied and all touch-ups done), and got most of the way through the Bolt Action figures. I pulled out the North Star figures to paint up next - we don't own any of their stuff, so I'm looking forward to it.

There's quite the variety in poses, sizes, etc. In this review since we counted 1:56 and 1:48 together. It'll be a good one, we think.

Anyway, I'm off to sleep. Tomorrow I will paint some more, and Saturday The Ninja will be here to go over them with me, give me his first-look impression of the ones that are finished.

We tried basing these up with the LMG and Mortar teams close in on a single mounting disk (we're using poker chips for this army). Normally we just use a bigger base, but were trying to keep them separate for this review, we'll see how it goes.

Don.
